TRAUMA
S A Orthocure’s LCP Proximal Humerus Philos Plate is an advanced orthopedic implant crafted from biocompatible titanium or stainless steel for the fixation of proximal humerus fractures. Its anatomical pre-contoured design matches the upper arm bone's proximal anatomy, featuring smooth edges to minimize soft tissue irritation and increase patient comfort. The Philos configuration offers multi-directional fixed-angle screw options using 3.5mm LHS and 3.5mm cortex screws, directing support into key fracture fragments and subchondral bone. Available in sizes from 03 to 10 holes, this high-strength locking construct creates superior angular stability, lowering the risk of screw loosening, varus collapse, micromotion, and secondary displacement—especially in osteoporotic bone.
