S A Orthocure’s 2.7/3.5mm Lateral Distal Fibula Plate features an anatomically precontoured low-profile design engineered specifically for the stable fixation of lateral malleolus fractures, non-unions, and osteotomies of the distal fibula. Crafted from high-grade Titanium or Stainless Steel, its smooth surface and contoured distal cluster minimize soft tissue irritation and prominent hardware around the lateral malleolus. Utilizing hybrid locking compression technology, it accepts 2.7mm and 3.5mm LHS and Cortex screws to deliver superior angular stability and reliable fracture reduction.
