S A Orthocure’s LCP Medial Distal Humerus Plate is a high-strength, biocompatible titanium or stainless steel locking compression plate designed for fixation of distal humerus fractures along the medial inner side. Its anatomical pre-contoured shape matches the medial anatomy of the distal humerus for an optimal fit, featuring a low-profile design with smooth edges to reduce implant prominence. The plate integrates combi holes, threaded locking holes, and an optimized hole pattern that strategically improves screw divergence and distribution while utilizing 2.7mm LHS, 3.5mm LHS, and 3.5mm cortex screws. Available in sizes 03, 05, 07, 09, and 11 holes for both right and left sides, it delivers reliable fixed-angle stability in osteopolotic fractures, helping promote early mobilization and enhanced elbow function.
