S A Orthocure’s LCP Periarticular Proximal Lateral Tibia Plate (Raft) is an advanced biocompatible titanium or stainless steel implant designed for fixing lateral proximal tibia (tibial plateau) fractures near the knee joint. Its anatomical pre-contoured design closely matches natural anatomy to optimize fit and minimize intraoperative bending, while its low-profile build with smooth edges prevents soft tissue irritation and prominence under the skin. Featuring raft support, the plate sits directly beneath the articular surface to support subchondral bone, buttress the joint, and significantly reduce the risk of collapse or loss of reduction. Accommodating 3.5mm LHS cancellous, 3.5mm LHS, and 3.5mm cortex screws, this versatile construct provides angular stable fixation across 06, 08, 10, 12, and 14-hole options for both right and left sides.
